A quiet place
to begin again.
Martina Harrison — relational integrative psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and clinical supervisor. Twenty-five years of practice, in a garden room, outdoors, or wherever you feel able to talk.
About Martina
Therapy that begins with the relationship between us.

I am an experienced relational integrative psychotherapist offering individual counselling and psychotherapy, outdoor psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness and creative therapies — and clinical supervision for practitioners and groups.
Whatever brings you here, you will not be hurried. We work at your pace, and what happens between us in the room is often where change quietly begins.

How I work
Approaches woven together, never applied off the shelf.
Integrative means I draw on whichever way of working fits you — talking, EMDR, mindfulness, creative and sand tray work, or walking side by side outdoors.

The space
A garden room, a fire, and sand to think with.
Sessions take place in a quiet green room, in the garden by the fire, or outdoors on foot. For children and for creative work there is a sand tray and a collection of small figures.
